rubbish service and reducing money by activating so many services without our knowledge
Airtel service really sucks!!!they provide so many rubbish service messages and calls which without our knowledge they activate it and simply reduce the money.I hence dint make a top up for few days but immediately after recharging the reduced the money in a bulk and even after complaining to the customer care service(rubbish and irresponsible idiots)dint take any action for more than a month.still my money is been deducted and hence i am planning to change the network.And i also kindly request others not to go for airtel and choose some other best networks.This airtel service is the biggest head ache and spoils the mood of the whole day and leaves us stressed.they also think that we all are stupids and heat us to the maximum.Really we have got to file a complaint in the consumer court for giving such mental torture.

about balance deduction
I had activated Airtel internet plan worth Rs. 98/month, 2 GB but still while browsing, sometimes my talktime balance is deducted without prior information that i can be charged for viewing the contents. in this way my 40 Rs. balance was deducted just 1 hour back, without anything being opened. prior notification is must before deducting balance. coz first time user can not know which click may charge. and they are also charging for unsuccessful downloads. terms & condition page never been opened. kindly look into the matter and get me my money (deducted balance) back. In addition to this they charge for talking to an airtel customer care executive, which is unfair. When we are using the product of the same company, it should be free of cost to talk to the company representative, regarding any query related to their product/service.

sms scheme getting deactivated n false information given
hi sir, this is R. S. Pandere i m the airtel user. i hav the airtel sim card for more then last3yrs. these days its has created lots of problems. my sms scheme is of rs 95 in which we get sms of 500 per day for 1 month but now it has got deactivated in middle of the month n when i contact coustomer care they r saying that ur todays sms of 100 is completed but actually its of 500 sms per day. this is not for the 1st time.n sometimes some activation is done on my mobile n my balance is debited.
pls take stricted action. my airtel number is 9867123387.

balance deduction
i am current airtel user and my mobile no is 8755287367.
in past two days Rs 90 has been deducted from my account,
this is not the first time its happening, earlier also the same problem has occured.this is enough because i can't take it anymore.i just want my balance to be refunded immediately.
other wise i'd rather make my friends and relatives make understand not to use airtel anymore.
i thought airtel is worth of trust.

Wrongly Deactivated Outgoing Calls
We purchased a SIM card for prepaid - We filled out the right forms at the centre and submitted all forms, proofs, for prepaid connection for 9573196629, they deactivated the form and demanded that we fill out a magic enrollemnt form on a Sunday which is not possible given all offices are closed. This was done after 7 days of use of sim card - how is that airtel allowed the service for 7 days and then revokes it when customer is away traveling ? we bought this sim card for an overseas guest and were embarrased to see that the premier service provider can arbitarily switch off service without warning and demanda form that was already filled out and submitted.
First call to customer service is to manager Santosh after a while of routing through frontend. He says there is no form submmited.
But after heated discussion, he agrees to restore in 4 hours.
When we call to follow up, we end up with a new rep, Kiran, who first says he is a amnager but after 5 mts of repeating the issue, says he needs to transfer us to manager. But he does tell us that the form is submitted, the signatures in the form are wrong and since it takes 7 days to validate the information, the service is debarred and this is how the company lets customer know there is an issue. When I asked how in the world can you behave this way, especially when the product is a prepaid card, and the signatures can be verified as they are done in realtime, there was no answer and the shrug answer was we cannt debar customer. The rep here was named Kiran.
Two different answers. Two different fact statements. Telling customer you have submitted wrong info by debarring the number.

What a fantastic explanation. Is this world class service? We have 2 airtel connections in this house. We may rethink keeping it.
Great ads by Airtel. Rope in celebrities and promise the world. But fail to deliver when it really counts.

unethical practices
For the last one month i am fighting with airtel regarding sms packs, i have been using my number since atleast 3 years. They revise their sms packs without informing me and say that they had send me the info msg. i use 2 nos which are of the same company i.e. airtel, an offer works on one of the numbers but does not work on the other? when contacted, they say that TRAI has changed its policy. WHY WOULD TRAI CHANGE POLICY AND EVEN IF IT DID HOW CAN IT BE APPLICABLE TO INDIVIDUAL NUMBERS?

deduction of money
Dear shameless Airtel company,
Do u have any drought of money. then why dont u sit infront of a temple and beg. why are u deducting our money unnessesarily.
yesterday i switched up my phone and slept at night. today when i woke up and switched on my phone i saw airtel radio service was deactivated and my 30rs were deducted. dont think that this activating works are of the ghosts. these works are by your customer care executives. your company is a total BEGGAR. try to solve this by refunding my money.
