Rip Off/bad service
T-mobile is a very very bad phone service. I just got t-mobile for 3 month and going to my 4th month. T-mobile have a very bad connection. I have 2 lines with t-mobile and one kept saying searching even when someone call or when i call someone.ON my other line while i were talking is hang up. I call t-mobile since the first time I got problem and they did a trouble shooting and is got better but still having alots of problem so I call in again and again and agian but they cant fix the problem. They kept blame is might be my phone, sim, and bla bla but on my 3 month one the t-mobile representative on t-mobile website kept telling me to get a sim card replacement and after 2 times is FINALLY work but my 2 line still lost signal and hear static. I didnt continue my 4 month because I want them to solve my problem first but all they say is sorry and No. I refill my account with some money while waitting and before a refill I ask them ''is there any cost if I call to someone who have t-mobile'' and they say NO but on sunday is when I refill and I were talking on the phone with my second line and is hang up saying i dont have enough money. T-mobile even tell me sorry about they give bad info but they say they can't do anything and this and that. FINAL ADVICE FOR EVERYONE IS STAY AWAY!
p.s I'm lucky that I didnt sign a contract with them

OWE FOR A BILL NEVER HAD
My spouse received a letter from AFNI stating that he owed $457.27 to T-MOBILE. First off he never had a plan or contract with them he had a pre-paid phone. Second of all, we just recently moved to this address and never use this address unless needed and somehow they got this address. How did they get this address? We have METRO PCS phones and at that we do not use our address it under my mother's. Who can i call to prevent from going to our credit.

Unethical Practice
I am deeply disappointed with T-Mobile unethical practice. Last month I had called to have my unlimited text message disconnected. While talking to the rep I asked her to put a block on the ability to send or receive any text messages. However when I got the bill this month, I saw that I was charged for unlimited text service again. On calling I was informed that when I had called last time I had asked for block to be put (which meant that I could not send or receive text) but I did not ask for the unlimited text message disconnected! With the block on text my unlimited text message service was essentially useless since I could not do use it!!! And at the end it is my word against theirs and since I have no insight into what is being done on their end, they take consumers for the ride. No more T-mobile for me once I am out of their contract.

Billing/Charges
I had T-Mobile since 2004. In 2010 I lost my job. Since I had issues with T-Mobile for years, we decided that would be the first thing to go. My husband (primary account holder) called to cancel the line on 8/25/2010. We still received a monthly bill since his daughter also has a T-Mobile and I noticed that my old phone number was still listed on the bill but with no charges. Then after 6 months, I got a bill today with my daughters phone AND my old number active and $45 dollars worth of charges. I immediately called. They said the primary account holder never canceled but agreed to a "military suspension" for 6 months. What? We are not in the military! So now they are charging me for all of March and 11 days in April. I argued with them for 45 minutes and finally the supervisor told me she would give me a credit of $45 if I signed my daughter up for another 2 year contract. Seriously? I hung up on her. I will be contacting the FCC tomorrow and filing a complaint.

Termination of service, extra billing
Recently cut service with T-Mobile. Recevied a bill for a FULL month of service plus the partial month. For example, billing cycle is 1/28-2/27. Cancelled service 3/6. Bill from 1/28-2/27 paid. Receive a bill for "2/28-3/6" for XX.XX$ with an additional month labeled "3/06-3/06" for a full month. This happened to both me and my boyfriend who have joined a family plan together at Verizon. This is most definitely billing fraud, as the statement is completely incorrect. Watch out if you are terminating services with T-mobile! I called and got this resolved, but if I didn't carefully review the bill, I would have paid and extra 100$.

credit card payment
allow me to introduce myself my name is michelle Lynn carter and I have an inspirion dell netbook through t-mobile in which I pay my payment every month on time. Well this month was no different I called and made a payment of 22.65 with an agent i might add. The payment was made with my credit card which is a visa on account number: 798462370. I was lucky enough to get a reference number of: 762773308 and an authorization number as well which is: 102669. My mother has a cell phone with t-mobile and her name is Linda C. Gibson and her number is 954-305-7471 and her account number is: 798458841 I put the payment on my wachovia card which is the following number: 4828-7055-0194-0015 and it expires on 08/12. I was under the impression that these people know what they are doing that work for t-mobile however, when I checked the payment it went on my mothers account and not mine as I was assured it would be Sir or Madam: In order to get this mess straightened out I had to go to the hospital where my mom is lying after a heartattack her second one and is now facing surgery to get her permission to talk to them regarding the mix up; which by the way was the man that took the information on the phone and I assure you it wasn't mine. All they could do is file a missing payment for me to see if the payment is found but what if it isn't sir my life is my computer! And this was their mistake in the first place not mine. I paid the bill on 3/29/2011
I cannot afford to make another payment as I am on a limited income Social Security Disability and I only get paid on the 3rd of the month. I am very distraught because I even called the local T-mobile store and Ken that I spoke to couldn't even give me a straight answer as what to do. Their store is Ameritel and it is located on Sheridan Street here in Hollywood, Fl. There number if you need it for references is as follows: 954-985-5678. Please Please do something to help me please because my life is my computer an outlet to the world and I cannot afford to pay the 22.65 again will you see if you can do what noone else seeemed to be able to do and put the 22.65 on my account which is 798462370 from my mothers which is 7984548841 . and her phone number is 954-305-7471 and her social is as follows: 409-72-6231. I am outraged at the fact that I know I have called over 6 times to the 800 number and no one can do anything but file a missing payment. If you cannot do anything I will have no other choice than to contact Robert Datson the new CEO of the company Im sure he can get the job done somehow.

Customer Satisfaction
T-Mobile does not stand by its customers when it comes to the phones that they offer. I am suppose to call the cell phone company directly about a problem when I am T-Mobile's customer. That's like going to the store to return a product and they tell you to go to the manufacturer. Their customer reps are unsympathic and the manager was extremely curt with me. I am so frustrated by the whole deal that I am walking away from them with a contract balance and they can sue me for it. I have been their customer for over 9 years and they have treated with disrespect. Be warned. I am not the only person out their complaining on their poor quality of customer service and products.

billing & customer service
Why is it that no one can explain to me, in Customer Service why my phone is being disconnect on the 7th of the month when my bill is due on the 7th of the month when on t—mobile website it states that PAYMENT DUE ON 7th. And tale me I do not qualify for a regular plain because of my phone was turn off on the 7th 12:00am. The company that I work for get a discount on t-mobile services but t-mobile says not with the flex account. I PAY MORE FOR 750 MIN AT VERIZON I CAN GET 1400 MIN AND A IPHONE FOR THE SAME.

Scam
T-mobile is scamming everyone. Check your bills properly for "REQ" extra charges for additions like: intl text unlimted and internet. I've been scammed by them and they refuse to take the extra charges off my bill saying i agreed to the charges when i got the phone for a discount. No one told me that i would be locked into $45 extra plans at the time i signed up. They are sneeky. If you loose your phone your HIT. down grade, your HIT. Do NOT TRUST T-MOBILE and check your contract with them. Chances are your paying or have been paying extra charges.

got f#@ked
Hi my name is Joseph stacy. I am an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran with war-time connected mental diagnoses. I had been a customer of t-mobile for about five years when i decided that i would also get my girlfriend a phone as she was about to have my fourth kid and needed to stay in touch with me. I tried to get a phone online and after all was completed the t-mobile sight said that my order could not be processed at that time. The next morning I went to a t mobile dealer and picked up a phone for my girl at the store. Now i had two lines. later i was looking online at my phone account and saw that i was being charged for a third line. after researching i found that t mobile had sent a phone through ups. the one i had ordered online and was told could not be processed. UPS shipped it to the wrong address. i never got that phone. i was being told i had to pay for all three lines now in order to get my phone turned back on. i was told to pay it and theyd figure out how to fix it later. i told them i only had the money i had budgeted for my two lines. after two or three months of going back and forth and never getting a straight answer from t mobile i was now in a position where my phone was completely shut off an i would have to pay my entire bill of over $500 to get serviced restored. For the last five years i have been over 30 days behind and when i get 60 days im unable to make calls but to receive calls and this is when i know to pay the phone. it is a system that works with my disability and PTSD. I would of never lost my phone had t mobile not screwed me around as i had budgeted for my way of doing things and for what i was resposible for.
I GAVE UP when i went in to the tmobile store and asked for help from ARIN GILBERT, who gave almost a whole work day dedicated to my situation with no such luck. that store was located at 3501 S Noland road Independence, MO 64055 phone number 816 461 5500
I WANT THIS SHIT FIXED. I AM ATTEMPTING TO GIVE TMOBILE A CHANCE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION AND I WOULD LIKE MY OLD NUmBER BACK IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. i have lost money marketing for my own business as i had my number 816 286 6654 when i started my company and soon after lost it due to all this b.s. no telling who may have called me looking for my business people that owe me money etc. etc. etc. etc.
NOW one thing you might need to know when you take into consideration to continue to ignore this problem, is that after Arin Gilbert (who understood and agreed with me) spent all day with no luck to help me, it increased my stress level greatly, caused my PTSD and mental symptoms to increase exponentially.
