Stolen Money
Tomorrow is my birthday. I'm broke, and 5 hours away from home. My parents sent me some money via UPS so I could drive out and meet them and have something resembling a decent birthday. The money was stolen from the envelope and I have very strong reason to believe it was stolen by a UPS employee. I will never again use UPS. I wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

Crushed my Dogs Head DEAD!
West Friendship, MD. Wow, What a bad day. I was in the back of my yard when I heard my dogs barking. 2 Jack Russells, Charlie, 10yo and Sara, 12yo. When I got to the front of the yard, Adam L., the UPS driver was backing out. I tried to signal him to stop but too late. He had already run over Sara's head, crushed it and she died.
Now this begs to question: If YOU are backing out of any location, and you know there are 2 dogs around, and you don't see them in front of the vehicle then they are probably too close to it. Right? So you stop and make sure they are clear or you ask the owner to secure the dogs. At least that what common sense and a concern for a Customer's Pets would dictate to a normal human being. When I called the local manager Mark H. I got the "oh, I'm sorry". I want that driver fired. No excuse for being negligent. What if it had been a child? If he knew there were 2 kids nearby and he starts to back up, he would have surely stopped to see where they were before continuing.

For the second time in less that one month UPS has managed to not deliver
For the second time in less that one month UPS has managed to not deliver.
The driver scanned that there was nobody present to receive I had been sitting in my balcony for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the delivery. NO UPS truck, driver, or otherwise showed up. I called because they told me delivery would be around 7PM, I called at 7:30 to be told the driver was gone, the central was also closed, so I could no pick it up either. I was informed that if I wanted I could go pick it up the next morning. ( DO their job, and save them some gas also).
They were very quick to point out that the driver had an established route and the package could only be delivered after 6:00 PM the next day. I will no longer use ups for any of my business. Too unreliable. I have never had any problems with Fed EX, and when a package has any issues they will immediately send another driver or rush it.

So many of my deliveries are sent to the wrong house
So many of my deliveries are sent to the wrong house, my neighbors 3 homes up the street have to drag my packages down to me, then there are packages that claim they were delivered but probably to a not so honest neighbor. My mailbox is clearly marked and my front door. How do I find out how to stop these careless postal drivers. I"m scared to order anything else online, in fear I won"t receive my goods. Any info. would be appreciated.

Poor Delivery
I used UPS Service and paid them $700 from $900. They promised me that they would deliver to my address. They did not phone in nor email me my track number. The boxes left Scarbourough office but only to sit in timmins Air Creebec Airline termininal (705) 264 9521. This Airline wants me to pay additional approximate $500 for the same shipment I paid to UPS. UPS claim that my shipments were delivered to my address. NOT TRUE!! This is so horrible...

Took our frustration level to an all time high
After 3 phantom delivery attempts (someone was home all three times and NO notices left) we were promised delivery on 11/30/05. No delivery atempt was made. We contacted the 800# (for the fourth time) and were told that someone would call us back. Robert, from our local UPS center called and again took our information stating someone else would call us back. When we were called back (by someone other than Robert) my husband was told, " I just sweated my b**** off finding the package, why are you getting nasty with me?" Our frustration level has been brought to an all time high. How does UPS get away with handling their customers like this???

I am frustrated and very mad
I got a first infonotice of a delivery on Friday when I didnt get another one Monday when they said they would redeliver I tracked the package. It said it was delivered. I contacted customer service the first time and they said it was delivered and gave me a name of who signed for it. I dont know that the package is cause it was sent to me I didnt order it. The told me to contact who sent it.. and it was delivered and track it. I tried to track it both times I submitted a missing claim it didnt go through. I contacted them again and told them it didnt go through, they said file a damage claim. AGAIN I contacted and told the same story no they didnt have a missing claim on file it was delivered monday 2 30 to "persons name" I said great repeated story again.. they said call and file a trace. Now Im totally angry!! They dont seem to get the point that its not about finding the package, its more then likey wayyy long gone. The point is this driver came up to an apartment building wher eyou need to buzz in, and when I wasnt home didnt leave an infonotice.. nooo he gave it to someone. There are 4 apts I know all my neighbors, none of them have that name nor do they know anyone with that name. UPS doesnt seem to want to listen nor care that their driver gave away a package to some strange guy/girl that just walked up and asked for it! Im frustrated and very mad!

Stay far away from UPS
I was left an infonotice on a friday saying they tried to deliver and would redeliver on Monday. Well on that Monday when I got home from work I looked for another notice because I hadnt see them. When there wasnt one I tracked the package and it said it was delivered. I contacted customer service and they said yes it was at 2 30 to some "name" Ok?? So I have 3 neighbors in an upstairs apt area where you have to be buzzed in.. none of them have that name none of them know anyone by that name!!?? So I contact them they say it was file a claim so I filed a claim twice!! Then went to check that it said there was none.. contacted customer service again nope there is no cliam but their service says it was delivred I KNOW but not to ME!! So I have been sending notes and getting the same thing over and over and over.. file a claim claim wont file.. contact the people track it? How can i track it? You said it was delivered yes but to some strange whoever that walked up to your driver and he said ya sure here take it! I get nothing from these people but the same cut and paste "it was delivered to such and such on 7/11. Im so mad about this.. I mean the next time I order something how am I gonna trust that your drivers wont just hand it off to any bumb on the street that can make up a name! I want answers!

Have to take a whole day off work to wait for UPS to deliver my package
This is not the first time this has happened. My package was to be delivered 07/13/2005. I was not home to accept the delivery. The delivery person leaves a notice that he will try and deliver the next day at an approximate time. The problem is that he checks every box for the approximate time. That is, between the times of "before 10:30" to "after 5:00", checking all of the time blocks. Of course this does not allow me to arrange to take off of work for a certain time period. I am not able to take a whole day off work to wait for UPS to deliver my package. I would expect the limited amount of courtesy of designating a particular time block to be home.
