Special training fund
This person administers a special training fund but she acts like the red princess herself. The end of the fund appears to be the cause itself, and she is the queen on the hill. Nobody gets any training, but she is the cause of all this divisiveness. She is gaia and everybody will be eaten, the remnants scattered for plowing under the hill. Gorged with their blood, she ascends up the red sea, ready to plant new armaments in the gulf of unlove. Medusa waves her hoary locks and engulfs you in her nuclear embrace. The children are her slaves, and she rejoices at the sight of them. She entreats them with trite rewards like Humperdinck's witch of old. She is a fascist slavedriver, ruthless, conniving, scheming, shameless she-whore, consumptive, pitiless, all behind faded smiles and quaint airs. She disallows any contradiction to her will, her aims, her discourse. This is the walmart red princess, and she is in charge of a special training fund in order to kill, maim, and assassinate anyone who is not from the red sea of unlove. Such power, all from a harmless looking red princess, whose money is going into the superslushfund for the aftermath of the next world war. Such a sweet looking red princess, but of course, since she holds the keys to the universe, so why not blow it all up?

This experience made me feel like i do not ever want to go back
I went to the local walmart supercenter today to buy a digital photo frame. When i noticed that they were out of the one that i wanted to buy, I did not get any help from anyone, and the 2 people that i asked were so rude! They talked down to me and made me feel dumb for even trying to ask for their help. The first man that i asked said that i needed to ask someone else and that he couldnt help me, the next woman that i asked to help me gave me so much attitude and looked and talked to me like i was stupid. I am a very loyal customer, but this made me feel like i dont ever want to go back.

I will never, i mean never set foot in that WAlmart again
It was May 15, 2010 and my daughter was sitting on the end of the shopping cart on the underneath ledge, I was at the shelf choosen a food item, when I heard her screech I turned around to see her finger bleeding. She had rolled the shopping cart over her finger and ripped her fingernail down to the first knuckle. I went to the front immediately to take her to the bathroom to check the severity of this. Once I determined that she needed medical attention I proceeded to the register closest to the bathroom to let the cashier know I had to leave my cart becuase of my daughter's finger. She had seen me with my 10 month old and my four year old go into the bathroom and had already called for a manager and assistant to help take care of my daughter.

The Co-manager on duty that night was very kind and took the appropriate information and his assistant help bandage my daughter so the bleeding could be controlled. He asked if I was going to seek medical attention. I said yes he said ok and wrote down where I was sending her and told me that he was going to file a claim, which they have to do anyways, but said that someone would call me with a claim number and information on how to obtain coverage for the medical bills I was going to obtain.

This sounds like everything went well...wrong! No one called me the next day to see how she was doing. I had to call that Monday to speak to not the manager but a security personnel who explained the claim needed filed and someone would be calling me. I waited till the end of that week into the beginning of the next week. CAlled again and was told someone should have called you. I was told they would get a hold of CMI, claims management, and get someone to call. Another week went by and no one called again. I made an appearance and it was on the holiday weekend and was told by the security personnel not the manager, who I asked for, that she wouldn't be able to get anyone to call me until the end of the week after the holiday.

I then filed a complaint at the head office and received a phone call from Brian at Walmart stating that they can't control the time frame it takes for CMI to call people. He said I have to call and see what the hold up is. He gave me the number. They didn't even have any notes regarding my daughters status, which I gave to Walmart on a weekly basis, considering I had to call and try to see what the hold up was. The CMI took my name, number and address and said someone would be assigned and call me back.

I have been playing phone tag with Misty at CMI since then and I finally spoke to her today June 16, 2010 and I explained the situation. She stated that Walmart only has coverage for accidents when it is their fault not because of the negligence of the parents/guardians. Negligent! she told me I should have had my four year old in the shopping cart seat! what where my 10 month old was. She then told me I should have been watching her better. She explained when her kids were younger she watched them closely. ASked me if I expected a Walmart associate to walk with me to watch my child while I shop to ensure she doesn't have an accident. I then said it isn't like there are kid friendly shopping carts available and she then continued to tell me that Walmart didn't have to supply shopping carts. WHAT! I asked if you expect consumers to shop at Walmart what the hell are they supposed to use to carry their items in. No answer.

I told Misty that I didn't pursue getting information from Walmart because I thought they were at fault. She stated well then why are you calling. I stated because the co-manager stated Walmart would take care of it. She then stated what was his name. I couldn't recall but I explained to her his description and she already knew what store number 1804 so she would call and ask him if that is what he said. Then she would have to speak to her team lead because they don't pay for accidents because a child was doing something they shouldn't have been doing.

At this point I was disgusted! First I am told that I am not a responsible parent, I am 32 years old and have been a caregiver of not only my children but as an occupation for several years, but that Walmart doesn't have to supply shopping carts. Well I am glad we got that straightened out...

Not one person spoke to me with concern or compassion with my daughter's unfortunate event. The only person that was nice was the gal at head office who took my complaint down.

I have been going to that Walmart for 5 years and have been treated by their eye doctor for 5 years. I will NEVER, i mean NEVER set foot in that WAlmart again. I haven't even begun to start my complaints and enforce that something be done.

So parents beware don't bring your small children to a WAlmart and remember that if they run out of shopping carts well I guess they don't really have to supply you with them anyways!

Needless to say this is my last trip to a walmart
Yesterday I returned a Pur 3 stage faucet filter which I purchase at this store in April. It has cracked and is shooting water out the side. This has happened before and the return department was very obliging and polite and exchanged the product. Yesterday, the clerk sent two employees to look at the product while I was trying to find a duplicate for exchange and then questioned me how the cracks occurred. Did I drop it, I was asked and I replied that it is attached to my faucet and it would be rather hard to detach and drop it. I was again questioned how it cracked and I replied I had taken my faucet for a walk and dropped it. By now I am pissed, a third degree over a faulty product. Needless to say this is my last trip to a walmart.

rudeness/ discrimination
I had taken my father shopping, and he requires one of the mobile scooters to get around the store, and on more than one instance the door greeter has been really rude about it. Every time a family member goes to get the chair or take it back he says rude, tacky things. Complaining to the manager repeatedly has done no good. He even commented to another employee about 'how lazy' my father was and that ' he doesn't even need it'. I don't understand how not having a right leg below the knee doesn't justify using a power chair.

Barbara Honn is sabotaging Walmart's reputation
The manager at the Walmart Supercenter #1130 in Laurens, South Carolina is a piece of work. I have relataives who work there, and I am employed at a Walmart located in the Greenville area. My brother-in-law manages a Walmart in another state. We are all very aware of the actions of Barbara, the Laurens Walmart manager. Anyone who makes any type of complaint about walmart #1130 had better watch out! Barbara Honn copies their pictures from the security camera and sends them to walmarts all over the country, and to other businesses as well. She makes cruel accusations about the customers who made complaints, especially concerning returned items, and customers who complain about being treated badly by walmart associates. The manager of the walmart where I work is appalled by this. My brother-in-law says she is sabotaging Walmart's reputation, and risking legal actions to be taken aganist walmart.

No help for handicapped
My handicapped husband had a flat tire at Walmart and was parked in the area of the automotive section. He had asked if someone in automotive could help him get the tire off his car so that he could buy a new one. He could not drive the car for the tire was shreaded and driving on the rim would have caused more damage. We asked for a manager and told her my husband was handicapped. We told her the problem and she told us that no one could take the tire off in the parking lot because it was a liablity. Walmart wouldn't even let him use their jack. She told him that he would have to do it himself. I am very displeased with the inconsiderate service. It would have really been a liability to Walmart had my husband went ahead and changed the tire himself in this hot weather! My husband suffers from heart trouble, seizures, strokes, and is in continuous pain due to many operations. Thanks to the people at Firestone. They went over to Walmart to pick up my husband's car, put on a new, all with courteous service. I will think twice to even have my oil change at Walmart again. And by the way Walmart, I have been supporting your store for many years! I spend over $500 monthly in just groceries! Don't know that I'll be back. I will surely tell others how the handicapped are treated!

DID NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT
I´ve bought four computers through Walmart website on May, 19 (order numbers 1317551 and 1317589). The delivery was planned in 2 working days after the approval of the payment, which occurred on the same day.
On May, 21, we received, as planned, four volumes.
When opening the packages, we noticed that one of them (packaged differently), contained only a monitor (by the size of the volume, it´s clear that it´s impossible to put an entire computer inside)!
I've contacted the company in the same day, a protocol was opened for investigation (11551383), with maximum return time of five days, which did not occur.
Since then, several attempts of contact were made and the attendants, often disrespectful, impatient and robotic, instructing just to wait.
After a complaint to one of the main newspapers of Brazil (Folha de S. Paulo), I was contacted by Mr. Cristiano who is promising a solution day by day, which did not occur until today (June, 21).
Given the urgent need of the machine in my hospital, since all the tasks regarding medical consultations and examinations are computerized and the lack of computers was causing complaints of customers (and I, differently from Walmart, care about that!), I bought a new computer in another (and now responsible) website.
Unfortunately, my option to buy a product via internet to save time represented a trouble more than a solution and the case is being reported to all the serious press releases I have contacts and related to the police department soon.

Rude employee
I went to buy a Tv at the Wal-Mart located in 9300 NW 77th Ave Miami Gardens the employee there treated very poorly.His name is Salvador.

I have been a Customer Service Manager for 28 years and I refuse to allow this type of behaviour

I feel that this store in particular has a very low degree of Customer Service training and it is not pretty .

I don't think I as a customer should be subjected to insults.. I asked

3 questions everyone was answered rudely .

I would like to speak to someone about this. I am reporting this event.

this online survey to win $1000.00 is bunk. i went to it and all it kept doing is throwing me different places and i got so frustrated i just gave up.
my trip to mena, ar super center on 6/19/2010 is my concern. my check out time was 1:17. i went to pick up a cake for my inlaws 50 wedding anniversary and for the price it was dissappointing to say the least.
i went up to the deli to grab a snack while i waited on some paint and got totally disgusted. while i waited for my food to be bagged i glanced over and one of the deli ladies had the neck of her shirt pulled low and had her other hand inside her shirt either under her arm or scratching her breast. who knows, who cares it was GROSS.
she was right out in plain sight and didnt seem to care that i saw. made me wonder what had been touched by people who handled my food and God help i hope it wasnt her. i know things like this slip by but she was grungy looking to start with and after all the "cootie chasing" i didnt even want my food. it was just a dissappointing experience all together.
hope you can use this info on training or something. maybe tell people to go in private to scratch at least.
