I originally wanted a cross reference phone number only, for a charge of $ 1.95 only (then the info was INCORRECT) and not as shown on the initial screen, then to process, a message came up "no" or "yes" to proceed to report. This was totally misleading, and the yes, instead of only for your report, apparently generates this trial offer, and when you immediately attempt to cancel, you get nowhere.
