we bought the magic jack and when we plugged it into the computer nothing appeared. A registration page or dial pad was suppose to appear, but it didn't. I tried to figure out what was wrong but i couldn't. so i went to their website and looked for tech support. they had this live person chat feature and i tried it. for four hours, i've chatted with about 6 different tech agents and asked for help. they gave me steps on what to do and i followed it all but none of them worked. i finally gave up. i am just going to return this piece of crap. and they better not have charged me. read full review »
