I ordered a Sympathy Basket to be delivered to a good friend after the death of her father. I paid to have it delivered that afternoon, when I knew she was going to be at home. The basket was not delivered. When I called the next afternoon about it, the Customer Service Rep called the local florist, who told her she was busy and that the delivery person had not returned yet.
