My spouse and I built a new house last fall, we wanted telephone and wi fi services so we tried what was the local carrier. Come to find out that they were bought out by Windstream . We were promised that it was going to be hooked up 3 times!!! I took 2 afternoons off from work on the days that they called when they said they were going to be there and they never showed up!!!
