Same complaint as everyone else. Pro Flowers mis-guides you by "giving" you 15 bucks of on your next order. Unless you read the fine print, you're unaware that Easy Saver will being billing your account for their services. I made a complaint to Pro Flowers corporate offices but they don't see it the same way as I do, even though they are losing customers over something as in-significant as this.
