I signed with Intelius in February to look up a phone number and address.. I got that information and authorized Intelius to draft $10.89 out of my checking account.. That was all that I authorized them to take out. Since then, they have taken out $19.95 on several ocassions without authorization.. I only needed it one time and I paid for it.. Now how do you stop them.. They sell you all that information about phone numbers and addresses, but they make it hard or impossible to get a number to call them and ask why they still keep robbing our bank accounts..
