I put $53 on my account on Tuesday, May 12, 2009. On Thursday, May 14, 2009, my Fiance called me from the Columbia County Jail and ended up getting disconnected 4 several times. It kept saying that "custom calling features were not allowed with this call".First of all I donot have call waiting, callerID, or 3 way calling, I only have basic telephone services.When I would cough or a little too much noise was in the background this would happen.We would only be on the phone for a couple of minutes and this would happen.I contacted... read full review »
