On May 18 I applied for a cash advance from Last Chance Cash Advance because I had a family emergency. I filled out their application. Unbeknownst to me it included a membership to ID Theft for $33.88 which I didn't know I applied for. ID Theft withdrew money from my account without any notice or anything. I requested a refund because I needed cash for a family emergency and I didn't ask to be a member of that company.
