I ordered in or about April or May of 2008 a Magic Jack device with a 5yr service license for $46.90. I ordered this for family in Europe with a US phone # to make calling easier and cost-effective. My family tried to use it today (5/23/09) to discover the license had expired. I contacted Magic Jack via online chat and was speaking to Ruby, who in the end informed me that my order was never placed nor shipped.
