Unbelievable - got jammed by the same "$0.95 special" that's all over the internet by these crooks. My wife pays the bills and they have been bilking us $19.95 for the past 5 months; notwithstanding the arguement that ensued upon that discovery, I just got off the phone with Amy the customer service rep - said she couldn't give me my money back but could give me a free people search.
