(1) The product does not work as advertised: it does not work at all. (2) returning it is not an option: the RMA requires 2 of several numbers: I tried many (tracking#, order #, email address) all provided via email to me HOWEVER the Magic Jack database never could (magically?) find the order and therefore could not issue the RMA form. (3) Although the website says LIVE CHAT that does not exist either--it only links to a 'so-called' knowledge base--which was useless.
