I advertised my motorcycle for sale on craigslist.com in February of this year. A few days later I received a solicitation from National Motor Sales to advertise my bike nationally and get much more exposure. The cost was $200.00, with a 60 day guarantee that it would sell or I was to receive my money back minus approximately $35.00 in costs. My 60 days was up last month and I have been trying to get my money every since. They now say that they did not receive my refund request in time (within 5 days of accepting the contract).
