I purchased a .95 cent people search. No where did i agree to a 19.95 service. But a month later 19.95 was deducted from my checking account without warning causing two NSF charges to my account. Not cool. It definitely feels like a scam, because there's no e-mail notification or product. I am going to file complaints with the FTC and the Washington state authorities. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Victims should organize a class action lawsuit against intellius. read full review »
