On June 2, 2009 I began looking for a friend I had not heard from for a period of time. I found the Intelius website and entered it. The initial lure was to be able to search for .99 (a one time charge). However, once I logged into the site and entered the name of the perons, I was unable to back out of the site when I saw that there would be a charge of $19.95 for Identity Theft.
