Under Jacquelynne In July 2009 I contacted AT&T to let them know I was moving from San Jose Ca. and wanted to keep my email address but was unsure of if and when our new house @ 1026 Acaciawood Ct. would be closed so I asked them to put the account on hold. Jumpstart.com is a learning game and seller to schools, I signed my daughter up for a 1 month trial for $4.99, being wary I could not find a cancel button so I contacted them 20 days later to see if I needed to cancel or it just expired. No response so I emailed them again. Nothing and then a $7.99 fee per month for 2 months. Again I called the 800 number and threatened to turn them in to the FTC, Consumer Affairs and the BBB and Chamber where they are located and voila a refund. Be wary of these scams.
