I ordered the jack last week they are holding my money hostage. 30 day trial is a joke it starts from the day you order it. I ordered mine last Friday 1/2/09 I still have not heard anything so today I managed to finally get through to an online chat operator. Who told me it would be another week before they shipped it and 5 to 7 business day after that before I got it. So after I got mad and told them I wanted my money back the woman left the chat without telling me whether or not I was going to get it. Yes, notice I haven’t received it, free 30 day trial and they took my money. Why wont the government step in to protect us? read full review »
