I bought two Magic Jacks about six months ago. They worked fairly well (mediocre sound quality, many dropped calls, other glitches) but since I only used MJ for my long distance calls and for supplementing my hard line, it was acceptable for a cheap service. I gave one of the MJs to my dad, it stopped working two days ago, so I drove over there and spent FOUR HOURS working on the computer and MJ's chat line. Still didn't work.
