I bought the Magic Jack in Spt 08. I am very pleased with it, I don't know why these people are having issues like this. There is only 2 things that get me, 1 Some times the quality breaks up and I have to reboot the PC or the call will cut off after about a hour. And 2, Some of the live agents don't know anything, They just give you a bunch of bull. Would be nice If we could call some one.
