Following nearly seven hours on the chat window with seven representatives the Magic Jack still did not operate. The reps basicly tried the same solutions over and over despite indicating they had read the previous reps tried solutions. Iasked the last rep if the chat window text could be forwrded to a supervisor to review the tried solutions and then email me at the address supplied with a possible solution. The rep said she could not promise anything. I asked if the supervisor could conmtact me via email and she again said she could not promise anything.
