I graduated 2/1/09. 8 months later, I check my credit report to find a collection from Kaplan for 1015.14. After calling them on that, I see another posting to student accounts for $120 owed. After calling them, they stated that the money they sent me before graduating was to go towards my tuition. Not only that, but they returned money that I was granted back to the government from my Pell Grant.
