Direct TV states that you will not have problem with receptions during bad weathers. But I have experiece reception problems everytime there are strong winds, and rain. When I call customer service, they said that it is stated in their contracts that heavy storms are exceptions. They also determines what is a heavy storm, not you. Once you sign a contract with them, you are pretty much screwed. Can't get out, won't get any help or try to satify you as a customer in anyway. Their only priority is get new customers.
