I cancelled service with Direct TV over 3 months ago with a zero account balance. Approx two weeks later I receieved an erroneous charge of $420 to my personal checking account for an early cancellation fee. After three phone calls I finally had them acknowledge this was an erroneous charge and they agreed to refund my money. However, after waiting numerous weeks without a refund I phoned again.
