We had moved out of our home, and cancelled our service with Direct TV. Over a year went by. Recently, we noticed they took out $809 out of our bank account. When we called them, although they have on record that we cancelled, they were charging us the monthly charge for service. When they finally, after 76 phone calls, they admitted their error. Then they said it would be 6-8 weeks for the refund to be processed. We have been calling every day to speak to a Manager.
