They say 4 rooms free, no they make you pay five dollars for each room after the 1st. The say lock in low value for a year, no they raise it after 3 months and say you can always downgrade. Try calling them and complaining, they will hang up on you, they will not let you talk to a head manager, they say they can't put you on hold but then they will for hours if it suits them, but if you say you'll wait they hang up on you.
