I called direct tv to get a HDTV converter box for my bedroom tv and the customer rep. instructed me to go to Best Buy to buy a box. So I went to purchase the box only to fine out later that night that the box was leased. When receiving my bill today to learn that they had extended my contract tried contacting Freddie u8612 and Chris @Corporate and they feel they didn't do any wrong but apoloized for me not being informed that I wasn't buying just leasing a box with a contract. read full review »
