I am a disabled senior citizen and I moved to an area that Direct tv does not service.so a week after I moved they took $313.94 from my checking acct.saying I would still have to pay the mo.charge for 18 mos.even though I will not be using the service.I never signed anything agreeing to this, and they sent a form in the bill explaining this and I did not sign to agree.I called them and talked to a supervisor named John employee #1002 and he tried to tell me why they charged for something I cannot use.
