I called several times to get information about Direct TV. First I was told there was no cable in my area (then later found out there is). I was told it would be installed within 1-3 days (when I actually scheduled, I was told the earliest appointment was in 7 days). It took the installer 7 hours to set up 5 TVs and all of the lines were already in the house and outlets were on the walls. I was told that local channels would be included.
