I wished this would actually help but here we go. I have been a customer since 2002. I moved from Colorado to Atlanta in 2006 and used the “movers package”. When I arrived I discovered the waiting time was 3 months! Soon I discovered one of the first DirectTV stores was located at Discover Mills in Lawrenceville, GA. The owner was there and he seemed to be really nice. Anyhow I installed a regular dish and used the Tivo I brought from Colorado. I installed myself and everything worked great.
