Purchased MJ and it worked fine for a couple of months then I got an error message about having to plug it into the USB port. It WAS plugged into the port. I downloaded the fix-it file and it still didn't work. I spent about 8 maybe 9 HOURS in about 4 or 5 sessions trying to get it fixed. Every time I attempted to text with them we had to start all over from the beginning. It was a real pain trying to get past the chat stuff. THEY don't have a phone #.
