I am being charged every month since October for Magic Jack service that I cancelled before I even received it. The system has never been activated, I rejected delivery when they sent the system anyway (after I cancelled). It will not work on my system according to Cavalier Internet which is my phone and Internet provider and yet they continue to charge my account. This needs to investigated, I understand this is a recurring problem with them and has affected a lot of people. read full review »
