Direct TV is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I signed up for the "insurance plan" a receiver goes bad, we send it back, no problems right. Wrong. I call to see when our contract is up, they tell me it's been extended because I sent the bad receiver back. I proceeded to tell them that I signed nothing, or read nothing stating that my contract would be extended if there products were faulty.
