Was searching to locate an old friend, and since then, without authorization, intelius has been taking $19.95 out of my checking account. Tried to contact them on a Saturday by phone... 10 minutes of garbage recordings later they gave their business hours which don't include weekends. The voice provided a web site to cancel this unauthorized coverage, and the site (intelius.com/manage) does not exist. read full review »
