I purchased 2 magic jacks and 1 extended service on 1. Initial service for 1 day was fair, then the quality was poor to bad. I could not reach a real person and was put on electronic outsource to a individual was really poor on customer service. All magic jack wants in MONEY coming in and the most difficult return procedures I have seen in 66 years. I had put the purchase on my credit card and sent the whole mess back to them and hope for a return. My credit card has been notified and I feel a delay on their part.
