Because of difficulty with Comcast I switched to Direct TV. I opened two accounts, each with rebates, billed to one address. I have had problems with ordering, problems with installation, problems with proper billing. After numerous emails and phone calls I felt all was as presented. Recently, I discovered the rebates are not being honored on one of the accounts and charges have increased .
