I let my niece use my debit card to make a $21 payment to Direct TV and the representative that took the payment understood it was a one time use only. She also agreed that no other charges would come off my card. When my niece later lost her job and could not pay her bill they sent her boxes to return the units and on the same day she received the boxes, Direct TV debited my card for $899.48.
