The installer drilled through a wall and cut house wiring cable. The supervisor came and said he can fix it by splicing it back together. I said "No, that illegile, therefore the whole wire needs to be replaced back to each box. Then she said that their insurance will not cover that. If I wanted to, get an an enstiment and summit to their office. Meantime we have not power in 3 rooms. Not even where the tv is installed. What is my rights? read full review »
