I recently discontinued my service with DIRECT TV after more than 2 years with them. found a better service with comcast with a bundle for less, not that great a company either. i sent back the receiver in the prepaid box they sent me, federal express, paid them off and all was well i thought. i got a bill showing i owed 93.48 and hesitated but sent in the money. i went back to check the mail that night and got a bill saying no balance due. i called a few days later asking when i get my money back for the overpayment.
