Think twice before you call or sign any papers with this company. I ordered the basic service when the FCC allowed the digital change. When I placed my order the sales person told me several times I could have 4 boxs free.When they finally installed it after not meeting the appt date. I received a bill with charges for the free boxs, I called them that day and was told I could send back two but if I canceled I would have to pay the termination fee ( its only been on for 3 weeks ).
