While traveling from NJ into Pa on Route 22 West we PAID the Toll in cash in the Ezpass/Cash lane to an attendant at the RAS toll booth plaza. A few weeks later we get a notice of enforcement action stating we need to send in $26.00 because we ran the Ezypass lane #15s. I don't have Ezpass and I paid the toll in cash to the attendant. Does New Jersey need the money so bad that they will resort to illegal activities such as this?
