i filed my taxes on 1/21/2011 and when i was done i noticed that there wasn't a web page for bank information...6 hours i trying to locate this web page only not being able to find that damn bank info page. i spoke to 4 csr's who have given me almost nothing to find the bank page...with turbo tax it seems like you can't get the refund direct deposited using the free edition...that fact is last year..i received my refund direct deposited in 8 days...not so much this year...now i have to trace down my refund that i filed with... read full review »

they should have a class action lawsuit against them...personally i hate them...now they are selling their own customers cell numbers to debt companies...sue the pants off of these mothers!!!...oh and verizon too...they do it as well...so they eat up your freaking minutes...put them out of business...sonsofbitches! read full review »

I went in Falones for a 40 bottle of beer...which was $2.50 the day before...I got to the counter and the man said that will be $6.00 ...I said you mean $5.00 he said no $6.00 I then said the sign on the floor says $2.50 for each one, that makes it $5.00 thye lady said they went up..I then said I wouldn't lie to you the sign said $2.50...the lady said YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY IT...I wasn't even talking to her!..I still said for the third time then you should remove the sign that says $2.50...this place is also really DIRTY...maybe... read full review »

verizon techs, customer service, credit department, and sales wasted over 3 hours of my cell phone time for a transfer of my old service to a new location...I HATE VERIZON...the credit dept. rep (DAVID ) hung up on me and was very rude...he needs to GO!!! a supervisor refused to talk to me (BRENDA) and the sales and tech depts. wasted my cell phone minutes...how i could tell they wasted it on purpose...after a while te asked me my name over and over again!!!stupid...I HATE VERIZON...they don't have anybody checking on their reps...and the... read full review »

i noticed that my computer was eating up the recovery disc in my computer...i called hp and one of the tech's said that they would send me a recovery disc...after 2 months or so i didn't get them...so i made a complaint to hp. i got a call from TOM from 1-877-917-4380 ext 13 which gave me his personal guarantee he would fix this problem for me at no charge...so then i got those recovery discs through the mail..put the 1st one in..it ran through and asked me to put the 2nd one in..i did...then the disc WIPED OUT EVERYTHING ON MY... read full review »

this sounds like focus factor all over again...what you need to tell force factor reps...is...that you are calling the attorney general in their state and in your state..that you are going to register a complaint of FRAUD...that's MAIL FRAUD FOLKS!!oh be sure to get the person's name you are talking to...and also ask to speak to a supervisor and YES get heir name as well...in order to file complaints you must have documentation!!!time /names and what was said! this is free advise and as a thank you from you all i ask is you pass the information on...EVERYWHERE AND EVERYONE YOU MEET! read full review »
