We have purchased the majic jack and it sucks, there is no other word for it. When we recieve incoming calls we have anywhere from one minute to three minutes before it hangs up and that is if we even recieve them. Often times it goes directly to voice mail and then people hang-up. When making outgoing calls we are lucky to last about five minutes, tops! We have lost several calls when we were trying to take care of business and what not. This service is very annoying and I hate it. I feel like we got ripped off big time.
