I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers on line with a promo of $25.00 gift card put out from Restaurant.Com . First the flowers were dead within two days, second the vase was broken on delivery and lastly they never sent the gift card. After many attempts to contact both companies I was told by a supervisor ( in writing) that all she could do was pass the problem on to Restaurant.com. I never did get the gift card and was truly abused by both companies. I would never buy from either one of these companies again.
