I paid 14.99 for a people search that rendered information I could have gotten from the white pages. Eight months later I discovered that Intelius had signed me up for an i.d theft protection and had been taking 19.99 out of my account monthly. I promptly called customer service and asked them to refund me. They refused. I asked them to sgemail or mail me the contract. They said it is not policy to do this.
