I used the Intelius service to look up one persons location back in February 2010 & was charged $49.95 plus a $19.95 charge to use this service. Since then I've been charged a monthly fee of $19.95, which I did not authorize & keep trying to cancel, but when I write to the customer service department to cancel my account, they never cancel it! When I call them on the phone, they never answer my call. I have been on hold for 45 minutes, 60 minutes, etc. & just give up.
