I was making a credit history inquiry in Jan 2011 when I noticed a negative item on my credit history report. On my BofA credit card acct, it had labeled as closed. I knew my acct had not been closed since I had received bank statements for Dec. 2010, Jan-April 2011. I had made my last payment on my acct back in July to a $0 balance. However, what I didn't know was there had been a residual finance charge that became my acct balance ($<$15). My case number is 7501592544. I just spoke with Oscar: 5011237, located at Dallas, TX. They refused to fix my computer though it is still under factory warranty until 01/2011. They told me to go fix it at a local computer store. I called concerning a problem with my new HP Touchsmart TX2 laptop which I bought in Singapore with an International warranty.
