I cancelled my service b-4 it was even installed and money was taken out of my acct. I was assured that since I cancelled before that funds would not be removed, and 2 days later they took out 221.60 I was then told it would be returned on the 3rd, came and went no refund called today the 6th and was told it would 6-8 weeks and that they would send a check instead of putting directly back where they stole it from, they can remove the $$$$ in a day why???? I was online and stumbled across video prof. and they showed free trial downloads but once I saw that they used USA benefits 8, I wanted nothing to do with them, they charged my acct. also without permission and I never even heard of them until I went online to Check my acct. and saw these charges and I never gave them the info. So I cancelled the video jackass and never received any services or free downloads and by chance checking my acct again and see two charges I did not know of and it was video morons.
